About Massage

Massage is one of the oldest healing arts: Chinese records dating back 3,000 years document its use; the ancient Hindus, Persians and Egyptians applied forms of massage for many ailments; and Hippocrates wrote papers recommending the use of rubbing and friction for joint and circulatory problems. Today, the benefits of massage are varied and far-reaching. As an accepted part of many physical rehabilitation programs

  • SWEDISH MASSAGE
One of the most commonly taught and well-known massage techniques, Swedish massage is a vigorous system of treatment designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation.
  • Five basic strokes, all flowing toward the heart, are used to manipulate the soft tissues of the body.
  • The many benefits of Swedish massage may include generalized relaxation, dissolution of scar tissue adhesions, and improved circulation, which may speed healing and reduce swelling from injury.

I finally took the advice my family and friends have given me for years and went to school to become a LMT, I knew I loved helping people and had a natural ability to do so.

As far back as I can remember I loved to help people, whether they had pain or just relieve their tension and relax.

By getting my LMT I took it to the next level making it a way of life, I am now able to do what I love all the time.

I have been told I was gifted, I am not sure of that but I can tell you I love doing what I do and that makes a world of difference, the energy put into something you love is far greater then forcing yourself to do a job you don't. Therefore, I feel I am lucky and it will show in every massage I give.

I will Post any events that I will be participating in.

Thank you for stopping by hope to see you soon.
